Convert a Word document to PDF in your browser

Choose an unlocked DOCX under 10 MB. The browser opens a page preview with supported headings, tables, embedded pictures, lists, headers and footers. Compare the preview with Word before exporting: check the right edge of tables, image positions and page breaks. Direct Download PDF captures the page appearance as images. For selectable text, use Print / Save searchable PDF and choose your browser’s PDF destination.
The DOCX archive is parsed locally and rendered into an isolated document preview. External image and link relationships are omitted. Direct export captures that preview into PDF pages, while the browser print route can preserve text. Neither route is the Microsoft Word layout engine, so missing fonts, automatic pagination, tracked changes and advanced fields can differ.
A useful first check is a short document with a title, a two-column table and an embedded logo. If the table is clipped or the logo has moved in the preview, correct the Word source or export with Word itself. An unreadable preview will not become correct just because it is saved as PDF.
If a logo is missing, check whether it is embedded in the DOCX or linked from a website. Linked external content is omitted to keep the conversion local. Save an embedded copy in Word, then select the revised document and compare the new preview.
For multi-page output, inspect the start and end of every page. A table row that spans a page break can need correction in the source. Keep an editable DOCX for revisions; the direct image PDF is a sharing copy.

Download PDF captures rendered pages as images. Browser Print / Save searchable PDF is a separate route for selectable text; its options vary by browser. For exact Word pagination or advanced fields, export from Word and compare the source. External linked images are deliberately omitted, so embed a permitted image in the DOCX when it must appear.
