A wide accounting sheet can become unreadably small when forced onto one page, so review the preview and paper orientation before exporting. Compare a row containing a long description, a decimal amount and a date with the source. Check that repeated headings are not mistaken for data and that the last rows are included. A CSV has no workbook formulas or formatting, while an Excel file may depend on stored results or features the local converter cannot reproduce; validate important totals independently. If cells appear empty or shifted, simplify the sheet and try a small representative range before converting the full file. The PDF is a static presentation copy, not a workbook the recipient can recalculate. Keep the source and label the period and currency clearly so the exported report is interpretable outside the spreadsheet.

CSV is parsed locally. An .xlsx file is a zip of XML; the first worksheet and shared strings are read in the browser. Charts, macros, and extra sheets are ignored. The PDF trims very wide tables so the page remains readable.
