Give the newest relevant role more space and shorten older unrelated experience. When a sidebar looks crowded, reduce the text before reducing type size. Check that phone, email and portfolio links are current and that dates use one format. Open the exported PDF in a second viewer, select a paragraph and paste it into a plain text editor.
