How to use End of Service Gratuity Calculator with a clear next step.
Choose UAE, Qatar, or KSA, the reason for leaving, last monthly basic salary, and years of service. Read the visible formula and the eligibility note. Confirm the figure with HR or a qualified adviser before using it in a discussion.
Gross monthly compensation can include allowances that differ from the basic-salary basis, so do not substitute one for the other without checking the applicable rule. Confirm that partial years and dates are entered in the expected format. The selected country and visible assumptions describe a simplified estimate; they cannot determine every worker category, contract exception, entitlement dispute or applicable amendment. If your employer’s calculation differs, compare the salary basis, recognised service and stated method before concluding that either figure is final. Keep a dated copy of the assumptions and use the relevant official authority or qualified adviser for an actual claim. The tool does not contact a ministry, verify employment, settle a dispute or guarantee the payment an employer will make.
The estimate uses commonly cited statutory day bands: UAE 21 then 30 days, Qatar 21 then 28, KSA 15 then 30, with KSA resignation reductions in this planning model. Daily wage is monthly basic divided by 30. It is not a Ministry calculation.
Compare Qatar and KSA planning bands using the same salary and years.
See whether a resignation reduction applies in the KSA model.
