How to use Unicode Character Inspector with a clear next step.
Use Unicode Character Inspector to spot unusual text characters before they create a production issue. Inspect visible characters and their underlying Unicode code points. Stay in this tab, give the page only the input it asks for, inspect the live result, then copy or download it. Keep the original until the new file, text, or figure checks out.
A normal space and a non-breaking space, or a Latin letter and a visually similar character from another script, can produce different code points. Copy a short suspicious segment and inspect each character rather than retyping the entire document before you know the cause. Combining marks can represent an accented character differently from a single precomposed code point, which matters in some comparisons and identifiers. Check the destination’s normalisation rules before removing or replacing characters. A character’s presence does not by itself prove malicious intent; international text legitimately uses many scripts and invisible controls. If a name looks corrupted, compare it with the original source and its encoding. Preserve the correct spelling while fixing a technical mismatch. This inspection explains characters, not the factual meaning, authorship or safety of the complete message.
Unicode Character Inspector does this work in the current browser session. Spot unusual text characters before they create a production issue. OpenToolSuite does not run an upload queue for this action, and the output is only as good as the facts you type or the file you select.
