Create a print-ready business card PDF in the browser
Decide which contact paths belong on the card: name, role, company, phone, email, website, and location. Fewer accurate details are usually more useful than a crowded list.
Upload only a logo you own or have permission to use. The logo and text are arranged in the browser, and OpenToolSuite does not add a vendor watermark or place a printing order.
Check spelling, phone country code, email domain, website URL, alignment, color contrast, and whether a QR code remains large enough to scan. Send a test file to the same PDF reader the printer expects.
The generated card uses a standard compact page size, but print shops can require bleed, crop marks, CMYK profiles, or a different trim specification. Confirm those requirements before ordering a large quantity.
Print one physical sample. Screen colors and margins do not perfectly predict paper, ink, lamination, cutting tolerance, or readability under real lighting.
