Print one sample at actual size with scaling disabled before ordering a batch. Ask the printer whether they require bleed, crop marks or a specific color workflow. A clean on-screen preview is not proof that every print provider will accept the file. Treat names, phone numbers, website URLs and branding as the source of truth you must verify.

Review the card at its physical size rather than relying on an enlarged browser view. The landscape page is approximately 89 by 51 millimetres; a long name, job title or website can fit on screen yet be difficult to read after printing. Use a concise role description and a short public website address, then check that every contact line is accurate. An optional logo should have a simple shape and enough contrast against the card background. Open the PDF and confirm that the page is wider than it is tall and that the logo and final contact line are inside the page. Very long entries may need shortening instead of shrinking them indefinitely. Print a single proof at actual size, with automatic page scaling disabled where possible, before ordering a batch. This output is a layout document; it does not add a printer-specific bleed, crop marks or an order to a printing service.
