Use the contact form for feedback, bug reports, and product questions. Include the tool name, browser, and what you expected versus what happened so the issue can be reproduced.
Do not include login credentials, payment data, private documents, or sensitive personal information. Messages go to Feroz Sheikh, the founder, at feroz@opentoolsuite.com. There is no 24/7 helpdesk.
This is a small independently operated product. Product questions about LOCAL processing, missing tools, or export bugs are the right use of this form.

A useful report names the exact route — for example /invoice-generator/ or /files/pdf-compressor/ — and whether the file was encrypted, huge, or already open in another tab. Screenshots of the visible error help; file attachments do not.
Support is not legal, tax, or hiring advice. If a draft has consequences, take it to a qualified human. We will not process a private PDF for you on the server to debug it.
Owner-console access is private and not offered through this form. Password resets for that route are not handled in public support.
